Other San Diego Activities

We found out Kylee LOVED the pool just like her big sister! (She did like to eat the sand at the beach as well but didn't have the camera with us.) Chris and Cassie attended a session in the San Diego Temple. (BEAUTIFUL Temple!!!) Another San Diego Vacation highlight: Courtney & Chris rode an elephant at the San Diego County Fair.

Fourth of July

We had a great time in Dana Point, CA with the Peterson's for the fourth of July. Although Cassie was a little homesick for Kanab's 4th of July celebration it was still fun to be with family and celebrate our nation's Independance Day!

San Diego Vacation

We traveled to San Diego for our week long vacation this year over the fourth of July. We visited Sea World, San Diego Zoo, the beach, the Petersen's (Chris's sister) and the Kitchen's (Cassie's cousins)! We had a blast!

I have so many other pictures to post from our vacation in San Deigo and Courtney's soccer camp but I wanted to get these ones up first. Courtney was the flowergirl at my cousin's wedding last weekend. She did a GREAT job! I, on the other hand, was helping out being the "wedding coordinator" and started bawling after sending Courtney & the ring bearer down the aisle. It was not even Courtney's wedding! They grow up so fast, I think I even cried at her recital, which reminds me, I need to post those pictures too!

Courtney's dance recital is June 25th and she is so excited. Today was picture day! When she caught her reflection in our silver car, she said "I am beautiful!" :) I agree!

Memorial Day!

We started Memorial Day out at the cemetery where some Fairbourn family is buried. Then we went to Grandma and Grandpa Fairbourn's to hang out and have a BBQ. Chris and Cassie ended the day with a No Doubt Concert with Chris's two sisters Rozanne and Jenny. Fun times!

It has been awhile since I posted....my apologies! Courtney turned four on May 4th and we celebrate with some family and friends. It was an Abby Caddaby birthday complete with making fairy wings and earning magic wands!
