We then went to The Roof restaurant at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building. LOVED the view and LOVED the food! I had creme brule (sp?) for the first time in my life. It was wonderful. Then we went and saw "17 again" at the Gateway.
We took the trax train around downtown to all our different stops. It was fun to just sit and talk and not have to drive and find parking ten different times. We stayed at the Marriott next to the Galivan center and then next morning went to the Salt Lake Temple.
After a temple session, we went to lunch at the Sportsbox and bought Courtney a birthday gift both at the Gateway. Fun, fun, fun! But oh how we missed our little girls! When we got home I found two dozen pink roses from Chris! Ahhhh, how romantic! :)

I can't believe how fast those five years have gone. Sounds like a great evening.
That sounds like such a romantic weekend! Chris did a great job planning it! Jake took me to the Roof on my birthday last year, and the food is SO good! I had creme brulie for the first time too, and it was divine. I'm glad you had a good time!
